Abstrakty

Aktualnie obserwuje się ewolucję koncepcji zarządzania wiedzą w kierunku zarządzania mądrością. Z nurtem tym nierozerwalnie związana jest problematyka kapitału intelektualnego, analizowanego z poziomu jednostki, zespołu oraz całej organizacji, a także zarządzania profesjonalistami, jako dysponentami strategicznie wartościowej wiedzy o znamionach mądrości. Rezultatem dyskursu przeprowadzonego w opracowaniu jest propozycja modelu konceptualnego indywidualnego kapitału intelektualnego pracownika poznawczego, uwzględniającego rodzaje wiedzy kognitariusza i poziomy jego profesjonalizmu. Currently, the evolution of the concept of knowledge management towards wisdom management is observed. This trend is inextricably linked to the issue of intellectual capital, analyzed at the level of an individual, team and the organization, as well as the management of professionals as the holders of strategically valuable knowledge with the hallmarks of wisdom. The result of the discourse conducted in the study is the proposal of a conceptual model of the individual intellectual capital of a cognitive worker, taking into account the types of knowledge of a cognitarian and the level of his professionalism.
