Abstrakty
Zwiększenie samodzielności przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych stawia w nowym świetle problematykę planowania rozwoju tych jednostek gospodarczych. Panujące dotychczas poglądy, że nadrzędność celów ogólno-społecznych powoduje konieczność podporządkowania socjalistycznych przedsiębiorstw centralnemu ośrodkowi decyzji sprawiły, że planowanie rozwoju, jako planowanie strategiczne w niewielkim stopniu angażowało przedsiębiorstwa. Dopiero nowe zasady funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw stworzyły przesłanki dla rozwoju tego planowania. (fragment tekstu)
In the article there have been discussed factors which limit strategic planning in Polish industrial enterprises and a critical evaluation has been conduced of methods of enterprise's optimal size determination. The author classifies development-planning as a science which deals with practical issues and therefore concentrates his attention on the procedure of their solution with the system analysis method. While discussing investigations concerning development processes the author pointed out the importance of selecting the right conception of the planning of enterprise's expansion indicating the advantages and disadvantages of the ideal solution and of the improvement direction. In the conclusion the author stresses the necessity of the participation of the enterprise's management in the planning process. (original abstract)
