Abstrakty

EN

The elaboration of new universal instrument allowing to determine pattern proportions of salaries connected with work posts (professions) was the objective of the authors of the method called "UMEWAP - 85". This method was designed as a rational foundation for central control of salaries' proportions. Thus, the method was assumed as a universal tool adapted for valuation of workers' posts and non-workers' posts (blue-collars' and white-collars' posts) in enterprises and in other institutions.
