Ze względu na bardzo ograniczony wymiar godzin, przewidzianych dla nauk prawniczych, wiadomości tych nie należy zbytnio rozwlekać, lecz omawiać je zwięźle, obrazując praktycznymi przykładami. Poprzedzić je trzeba przy tym z konieczności ogólnym określeniem istoty prawa i normy prawnej, co również wiąże się ściśle ze stosowaniem prawa. (fragment tekstu)

The Author points out that the knowledge of the principles of law application cannot be reserved only for professional lawyers, but rather they must be used by everybody who studies the text of normative act - and, therefore, often by the employee with economic education, Discussing the essential problems which should be included in the lectures, the Author indicates at the outset the many meanings of the word "law", as well as the essence and structure of legal norm. Next, the Author deals with the classification of events and legal relations, as they constitute the subject of law interpretation. In conclusion the Author points at the principles of settling the conflicts of norms in time and space. (original abstract)
