Zasobowe uwarunkowania zdolności internacjonalizacyjnej przedsiębiorstw. Wiedza. Relacje. Kultura

Abstrakty
Podsumowując, niniejsza monografia, podejmująca problematykę zasobowych uwarunkowań zdolności interancjonalizacyjnej przedsiębiorstwa, nie jest systematycznym ani wyczerpującym przeglądem literatury. Z pewnością nie ma też charakteru koncepcyjnego, pozwalającego zbudować model teoretyczny testowalny w badaniach empirycznych. Mimo to Autorki wyrażają nadzieję, że monografia ta stanie się użytecznym przeglądem dorobku badaczy biznesu międzynarodowego podejmujących wysiłek określenia roli i znaczenia koncepcji rozwiniętych w ramach zasobowej teorii firmy (Resource-Based View - RBV) i jej bardziej współczesnych rozwinięć - teorii zdolności dynamicznych (Dynamic Capability Theory - DCT) w kontekście specyficznych zagadnień biznesu międzynarodowego. Być może pozwoli ona mniej doświadczonym badaczom uniknąć pułapek koncepcyjnych i metodycznych, polegających na bezrefleksyjnym posługiwaniu się kategoriami czy miernikami niedostosowanymi do badania procesu internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw i źródeł przewagi konkurencyjnej przedsiębiorstw działających na rynku międzynarodowym, zarówno tych małych i średnich, jak i dużych, o różnym stopniu umiędzynarodowienia. Mają także nadzieję, że zawarty w niej przekaz może zostać dobrze przyjęty przez praktyków biznesu międzynarodowego, poszukujących rekomendacji dotyczących kierunku rozwoju posiadanych i tworzonych zasobów z perspektywy budowy przewagi konkurencyjnej na rynku międzynarodowym.(fragment tekstu)
