Abstrakty

W pracy zwrócono szczególną uwagę na czynniki mogące być przyczyną nietypowych - uczuleniowych reakcji organizmu na żywność oraz na możliwości diagnozowania i leczenia alergii. Przedstawiono zasady klasyfikowania wyizolowanych i scharakteryzowanych alergenów oraz opisano najpopularniejsze z nich. Wskazano na możliwości biotechnologii w zakresie produkcji przeciwciał rekombinowanych i nowych kierunków badań nad żywnością alergenną. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Factors which may provoke adverse reactions to foods in organisms and the possibilities of allergy diagnose and treatment were described in the present work. The rules of isolated and characterised aller gens classification were presented and the most popular out of them were discribed. The possibilities of application of biotechnology in recombinant antibodies production and new trends in research on allerge nic foods were presented. (original abstract)
