Human management is one of the key challenges of today's business world . The competences of managers and the rights of employees are two equally important aspects of this dynamic process . In today's times , organizational psychology provides valuable insights that help to understand the mechanisms that govern the relationships between managers and the ones who are managed . In this article , we will focus on the role of manager's competences and employees ' rights incl the context of people management, analyzing them from a psychological perspective .The ultimate goal of article is to provide readers with knowledge and tools that will help them better understand psychological aspects of people management, development their managerial competences and create a more effective and friendly working environment for themselves and theirs employees.(original abstract)
