Abstrakty
Pełnoskalowa rosyjska inwazja przeciwko Ukrainie wstrząsnęła podwalinami układu międzynarodowego opartego na zasadach. W odpowiedzi wiele państw zdecydowało o dostarczeniu Ukrainie różnego rodzaju systemów broni, w tym także sprzętu lotniczego, w celu wsparcia wysiłku obronnego tego państwa. Celem artykułu jest przeanalizowanie, czy w świetle prawa międzynarodowego dostarczenie lotniczego sprzętu wojskowego ofierze agresji jest jego naruszeniem, zwłaszcza w kontekście praw rządzących reżimem neutralności. Russia's full-scale aggression against Ukraine has shaken the international public opinion and the foundations of the rule-based international system. In response, multiple states supplied Ukraine with sophisticated weapons systems, including aviation equipment, in order to bolster Ukrainian defence. The article aims to analyse whether in the light of international law, especially the law of neutrality, supplying a victim of aggression with military aviation equipment constitutes a violation.(original abstract)
