Skuteczność stosowanego systemu motywacji zależy od przyjętego w nim sposobu uzależnienia wzrostu funduszu płac do realizacji celów podstawowych przedsiębiorstwa oraz od sposobu uzależnienia płac indywidualnych poszczególnych pracowników od ilości i efektywności ich pracy. (fragment tekstu)
The effectiveness of motivation system utilization depends on the assumed way of linking the wage increase to the economic effects of the enterprise activity and the work effects of particular workers. The mechanism of linking the wages to work effectiveness is the subject of continuous research both in economic theory and practice. The resolution No 118 of the Ministers' Council of November 17th 1980 introduces changes in the system of enterprise mannnnagement in 1981, tying the increase in wages to the growth of so called net productions. The paper attempts to define the impact of such way of wage fun formulation upon the effectiveness of the economy. The paper includes also the results of empirical research conducted in 1981 in two enterprises located in Tarnów administrative district. Methods of improving the effectiveness of solutions included in the aforementioned resolution No 118, ale also indicated. (original abstract)
