Abstrakty
W rezultacie systematyczny przegląd literatury daje szeroką wiedzę i wskazuje obszary do prowadzenia przyszłych badań. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The main purpose of the article is to identify and outline directions for further research into the phenomenon of psychological contract violation through a systematic literature review. The choice of a systematic review of the literature was dictated by the need to fill the gap caused by a lack of generalized information-information as contained in the results of research from the last decade on the determinants of the feeling of a breach of psychological contract as well as behavioral aspects arising from such a breach of contract assumptions. A systematic review of the literature was conducted using the PRISMA technique, where 38 articles written between 2010 and 2022-specific to the time of the new reality-were eligible for review. The paper describes the available empirical research on psychological contract breaches and summarizes the evidence of meta-analyses conducted on the topic and the role of potential moderating variables. The intended effect of the systematic review of the literature is to outline the current framework for the perception of psychological contract breach, along with an indication of the specific causes triggering the breach and the effects it has. The review as performed identifies various aspects of the literature on psychological contract breach. It provides both researchers and HR practitioners with an opportunity to better understand the role of factors underlying contract breaches with their orientation with respect to the effects of changing employee attitudes and behaviors undertaken based on perceived psychological contract breach in the context of the new reality. As a result, a systematic review of the literature provides extensive knowledge and points to areas for future research. (original abstract)
