Abstrakty
The new systems of estimating population structures and dynamics elaborated over the last fourteen years enable us to check the accuracy and interna! consistency of different branches of demographic statistics. These new systems have also theoretically established sets of interdependent eąuations, on the basis of which the set of formulae provided, elaborated previously by Lotka [1939] for stable populations, may be deduced and qualified as a simplified set, acceptable only in very special conditions which do not exist in our contemporary world.(fragment of text)
