Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono reformy na szczeblu lokalnym w Anglii. Skoncentrowano się głównie na reformach podjętych przez rząd Partii Pracy po 1997 roku - mających zarówno unowocześnić samorząd lokalny, jak i ożywić lokalną demokrację. Niniejsza praca odnosi się głównie do angielskiego samorządu lokalnego, a nie "brytyjskiego".
