Autorzy skupiają się na problemie migracji i poszukiwania pracy poza granicami Ukrainy. Zjawisko to następuje na skutek spadku produkcji i zmniejszenia dochodów ludności ekonomicznie aktywnej. Autorzry poprawę tej sytuacji widzą we włączeniu się Ukrainy w międzynarodowy rynek siły roboczej i integracji z rozwiniętymi państwami świata.
In the article the authors present economic conditions that determine the current situation in the labour market in the Ukraine. From their analysis a number of factors emerge which influence decisions that stimulate the processes of migration the aim of which is to obtain a job. The processes in question are discussed both in the aspect of losses and benefits for the Ukrainian labour market. Losses are expressed by emigration of many highly qualified workers. Banefits mean the acquiring of new professional skills and perfecting those already learnt. Moreover, attention is drawn to the issue of the collision of labour culture developed in the Ukraine with that of the highly developed societes. (original obsrtact)
