Abstrakty

Jednym z największych na świecie planów gwarancji kredytowych dla MSP pod względem liczby i wartości udzielonych poręczeń jest japoński system gwarancyjny działający w tym kraju od 1936 r. Niniejsza praca ma na celu określenie charakterystyki japońskiego systemu gwarancji kredytowych dla MSP, dokonanie porównań między tym systemem a systemami wybranych krajów świata, oraz uzyskanie odpowiedzi na pytanie dotyczące wpływu tego systemu na kreowanie i wspieranie rozwoju przedsiębiorczości.

Credit guarantee funds operate in every region of the world fulfilling their service functions in support of small business. One of the greatest guarantee programmes, in terms of capital power and the number of allowed guarantees, is the Japanese guarantee system, operating in the country since 1936. The subject of the paper becomes an attempt at determining the specificity of the Japanese credit guarantees, factors moulding an unprecedented in other countries level of the activity of the programme along with the determination of guarantee service influence on the stimulation of setting up new companies and pro-developmental activities of the already existing economic units.(original abstract)
