Artykuł ten przedstawia pokrótce historię spotkań antropologii z teorią organizacji w literaturze anglosaskiej ze szczególnym naciskiem na lata 1990-2010. Ukazane są zarówno elementy stabilne, jak i zachodzące zmiany, a rozwój wydarzeń przedstawiony jest na tle szerszych procesów - w naukach społecznych i w badanych społeczeństwach. Artykuł kończą refleksje możliwego łączenia antropologii i teorii organizacji w przyszłości. (abstrakt oryginalny)

This article presents an overview of the history of meetings of anthropology and the theory of organization in the Anglo-Saxon literature, with the emphasis put on the period of 1990-2010. It shows both the stable elements as well as the changes, which took place; and the events are presented in comparison to some broader processes - in social sciences and in the tested societies. The article ends with reflections on the possible future connection of anthropology and theory of organization. (original abstract)
