W pierwszej części artykułu dokonano przeglądu badań i scharakteryzowano pokolenie Y - główne cechy, wartości, zachowania - nawiązując do przeprowadzonych w tym obszarze badań. Następnie zaprezentowano i omówiono elastyczne formy wynagradzania pracowników. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Employers value employee loyalty very highly. Studies on generation-related values and attitudes going beyond the labor market demonstrate that young people are not loyal employees to the extent that their parents or grandparents were. The aim of this article is to reflect on the challenges of developing a motivational remuneration system that is permeated with the changes in social values of the 21st century. Questions of remuneration have been limited to flexible forms of work benefits. The first part of the article provides an overview of research and a characterization of Generation Y-primary qualities and behavioral values, with references to research conducted in this field. This is followed by a presentation and discussion of flexible forms of worker remuneration. (original abstract)
