Abstrakty
In a modern economy, capital resources play a key role in generating companies revenue. Appropriate use of their assets can increase the profitability. However, inadequate management of assets could lead to bankruptcy. The experience of developed economies indicate that the appropriate corporate real estate management can improve the liquidity. The present study aimed to verify whether this is the case in Poland. Studies have shown that companies in Poland had not been using the real estate potential. With the increase in the share of tangible fixed assets as whole decreased liquidity. (original abstract)
