Following the literature the author has presented in the paper formal paradigm components. He has focused on the so-called specimens which in former approaches included the triad: strategy-structure-systems.
The new paradigm includes the triad: goal-processes-people. Considerations have been focused on these three elements of the interdisciplinary matrix. (original abstract)
