Abstrakty

W 2013 roku państwa UE, najpóźniej do 18 stycznia 2016 roku, zobowiązały się do uproszczenia procedury uznawania kwalifikacji w zakresie wybranych zawodów. Głównym narzędziem tych zmian miał być elektroniczny dokument nazwany europejską legitymacją zawodową, poświadczający, że usługodawca spełnił wszystkie warunki, aby świadczyć usługi w przyjmującym państwie członkowskim w ramach czasowej mobilności albo stałego prowadzenia działalności zawodowej. Ze względu na charakter oraz zasięg tego rozwiązania jego znaczenie dla pogłębienia integracji rynków usług państw UE będzie ograniczone.(abstrakt oryginalny)

In 2013 the EU member states committed to simplify the procedure of recognition of professional qualifications before 18 January 2016. The European professional card is the major change introduced by this directive. It is an electronic proof of recognition of professional qualifications of services providers who wish to work either temporarily or permanently in another EU country. The importance of this solution for deepening of integration of EU services markets will be limited due to its character and scope.(original abstract)
