Some aspects of office work computerization have been presents in the article. The problem of the influence of computer science over the formation of management structure of an institution and over the style of managing the team has been emphasized. Potential possibilities of the influence of the automatization of office work over the fulfilment of manager's functions and particularly over the decision-making process have been pointed out, too.
