Problems of Foreign Investments' Protection in Poland

Abstrakty
Przedmiotem artykułu jest ustawodawstwo regulujące działalność podmiotów zagranicznych w Polsce. Autor omówił krótko regulacje prawne dotyczące inwestycji zagranicznych w Polsce od lat 30-tych, poprzez lata 70-te, 80-te i najnowsze z 1991 roku.
The article is relates the issue of Polish law on foreign investments. The author presents some basic regulations offered by Polish law system and concerning foreign subjects undertaking and/or continuing economic activities in our country. Legal provisions determining activities of foreign investments' protection are a very important part of this law. In relation to the last - the autor presents a set of main legal instruments of the protection, Polish law of foreign investments - composed of a number of differently ranked acts - is still being under an important evolution. Firts of all - it is a result of a general process of harmonization of this law with the European Communities law. This process comprises as well legal instruments of foreign investments' protection in Poland.(original abstract)
