Abstrakty

Dynamiczne zmiany współczesnych systemów gospodarczych determinują konieczność stworzenia warunków instytucjonalnych pozwalających wykorzystać rosnącą rolę rynku oraz ograniczyć bezpośrednie oddziaływanie rządu w procesach gospodarczych. Proces ten przebiega z różnym nasileniem w skali gospodarki światowej, wpływając na kształt systemów innowacyjnych, modyfikując je, jak również tworząc nowe warunki ich działania. Współczesne gospodarki charakteryzują się znacznie szerszym zakresem oddziaływania instytucjonalnego, co wpływa na większe możliwości osiągania korzyści z globalizacji, a także uczestnictwa w niej. Z drugiej strony liberalizacja handlu międzynarodowego wpływa na zróżnicowanie instytucjonalne między krajami. Analiza zmian w układów instytucjonalnych wywołanych większą liberalizacją i globalizacją gospodarki światowej jest jednym z głównych elementów przekształcania się systemów gospodarczych, których funkcjonowanie warunkuje efektywność procesów innowacyjnych. Dynamic changes of modern economic systems are determining the necessity to create institutional conditions that allow to use the increasing role of market and to limit direct influence of government on economic processes. The process proceeds with different strength within the world economy and influences the shape of innovational systems, modifying them and also creating new conditions of their actions. Modern economies are characterized by much wider range of institutional influence and it results in possibility to take advantages of globalization and participation in it. On the other hand, liberalization of international trade results in institutional differentiation within countries. The analysis of changes in institutional orders that are induced by liberalization and globalization of the world economy constitutes one of the main elements of transformation of economic systems, that are conditioning the efficiency of innovational processes.
