Abstrakty
Analiza funkcjonalna jest systemem metod oceny działalności przedsiębiorstwa, narzędziem koordynacji, synchronizacji oraz integracji procesów i struktur działania firmy. Cechą zasadniczą omawianej analizy jest badanie istnienia i działania określonych części, procesów i struktur pod kątem ich wpływu na powodzenie działalności przedsiębiorstwa. Celem zasadniczym autora była demonstracja możliwości i konieczności przeniesienia niektórych rozwiązań analizy funkcjonalnej do controllingu przedsiębiorstwa.
The paper presents theoretical and mathodical problems of functional analysis in the controlling of enterprise. Author demonstrates, coming on sociological ground out, the main principles, presumptions and solutions this analysis with reference to strategic problems of firms' activities. These problems deal with the influence firm upon intrinsic and exterior environment of company. The main premises of the formulation and implementation functional diagnosis and analyses into controlling of firm are the possibilities overcoming troubles of coordination, synchronization and integration parts, processes and structures activities of enterprise. On second side the functional analysis plays a great role in the proces adaption of firm to social and task environment, creating instrumental and metodological conditions of efficiency and effectiveness of controlling.
