The fast changing companies' environment and the increase of complexity of internal structure (caused among others by the process management decentralization and creation of responsibility units) increase in expectation of speed, flexibility and costs reducing of the companies' information systems. This elaboration discusses the growing controller's co-ordination role in the process of data management. It presents supporting technology methodos and tools, focusing on the conception of the intranet-based controlling portal. (original abstract)
