Problemem badawczym w niniejszym artykule stało się określenie, czy działania w ramach zarządzania relacjami z pracownikami wpływają na poziom innowacyjności firmy rodzinnej, przy czym skupiono się głównie na innowacyjności zarządczej (organizacyjnej). (fragment tekstu)

One of the most important determinants of success of the organization is its ability to creating and implementing innovations. The need for innovation implementation is even greater in family businesses with the forecast of continuation of their activities by successive generations. This article aims to identify and analyze selected elements of employee relationship management to create innovativeness of family businesses in Poland. The considerations are based on the results of the questionnaire survey conducted by author in 2016. This research group consisted of 134 small family businesses operating form Poland. The analysis confirmed the positive correlation between selected aspects of employee relationship management and the level of innovation of the family businesses. (original abstract)
