Przedmiotem artykułu jest zagadnienie roli kultury organizacyjnej w procesie integracji przedsiębiorstw w fuzjach i przejęciach. Autorka rozpatruje znaczenie kultury organizacyjnej w budowaniu przewagi konkurencyjnej oraz sposób i stopień zaawansowania integracji kultur.
