Autorzy artykułu, odnosząc się do norm prawnych w wybranych krajach członkowskich UE, podejmują próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie: dlaczego w Unii Europejskiej istnieje tak duży rozdźwięk pomiędzy postulatami zalegalizowania tzw. przeciwników tejże legalizacji? Cannabis is still the most commonly used illicit drug among EU countries. The article's authors, referring to legal norms in selected EU member states, attempt to answer the question: why in the European Union there is such a mismatch between postulates to legalize the so-called soft drugs, in particular marijuana, and more radical positions opponents of this legalization?(original abstract)
