Abstrakty

Zarysowano problematykę ewolucji rozproszonych systemów przetwarzania informacji. Zaprezentowano dwie grupy systemów mających znaczenie dla gospodarki światowej w najbliższych latach: systemy korporacyjne i systemy klientów indywidualnych. Podkreślono, że tendencją rozwojową wymienionych grup jest migracja w kierunku systemów o architekturze scentralizowanego przetwarzania internetowego.

A dynamic Internet development, which has been observed during last decade, has led to the creation of a new information processing model that has constituted a kind of compromise between distributed and centralized processing, i.e. the model of internet centralized processing. The paper intends outlining the conditions and the directions for development of distributed information systems that are based on the public information exchange net - the Internet.
