Abstrakty

Zaprezentowano wyniki badań odnośnie czynników sukcesu we wdrożeniach systemów zintegrowanych klasy MRP II/ERP. Przedstawiono analizę opinii respondentów dotyczącą znaczenia poszczególnych składników. Porównano wypowiedzi ekspertów z głosami reprezentantów przedsiębiorstw. Zidentyfikowano najbardziej konieczne czynniki dla sukcesu projektów wdrożeniowych oraz te najmniej znaczące.

The author submits the research results concerning the success factors in implementations of integrated MRP II/ERP systems. The review of publications connected with success aspects description has been carried out and the set of potential success factors in implementation of MRP II/ERP systems has been identified. Next, the empirical research results have been demonstrated. The research was performed with participation of representatives of Polish enterprises implementing integrated systems of MRP II/ERP class, along with consultants and experts who represented various suppliers of integrated management systems. The participants expressed their opinions about the significance of particular factors to the implementation success, whilst the respondents from enterprises additionally evaluated the level of factors occurrence in their own projects. The analysis of respondents opinions concerning the importance of particular factors for implementation success, performed by the connection of experts judgments and enterprises representatives views, has been submitted. On the basis of the representatives views, the analysis of factors occurrence level in the considered implementations has been executed. The conducted analyses led to identification of the most important and the most necessary (together with the least significant) factors of projects implementation success. (original abstract)
