Responsibility in the Today's economic order certainly needs a new synthesis of freedom as well as economic domain requires greater consciousness on the part of economic subjects; it requires the ability to foresee the consequences of actions undertaken, it requires extensive knowledge, a decrease in the importance of making a profit, and it requires an openness to social problems. All this, translated into practice, means that responsibility is an extremely difficult art and one which demands constant improvement. (fragment of original text)
