Scharakteryzowano warunki zakupu dóbr i usług występujących na rynkach przemysłowych. Autorka zwróciła uwagę na sposób łagodzenia cykli koniunkturalnych poprzez zawieranie kontraktów długoterminowych i omówiła krótko rynki transakcji terminowych.

In the article the author demonstrates that it is possible to choose a method of purchase in the market of industrial goods. A great deal of attenetion is devoted to long-term contracts as one of the possible ways of purchasing goods. They alleviate the effects of cyclical fluctuations of economic trends which strongly affect participants of the industrial goods market. Also, they set in motion a mechanism which stabilizes relations with suppliers and, with the market of futures contracts which are concluded with the established suppliers who can handle orders placed by few but very big buyers.
