Badania nad satysfakcją z pracy od lat skupiają uwagę teoretyków i praktyków zarówno psychologii, jak i zarządzania. Jednym z podstawowych wyzwań związanych z prowadzeniem badań jest dobór narzędzia pozwalającego na wiarygodny pomiar. W niniejszym artykule poddajemy analizie jedno z najbardziej popularnych na świecie narzędzi do badania wymiarów satysfakcji pracowników - Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). W oparciu o badania przeprowadzone wśród 75 pracowników jednostki ochrony zdrowia weryfikujemy dwie hipotezy dotyczące odpowiednio liczby wymiarów narzędzia i ich związku z deklarowanym, ogólnym poziomem satysfakcji pracowników. Wyniki ukazują 5-czynnikową strukturę konstruktu badawczego, a analiza regresji dostarcza częściowego wsparcia dla hipotezy dotyczącej związków pomiędzy wymiarami satysfakcji z pracy badanymi w MSQ oraz deklarowanym ogólnym poziomem satysfakcji.(abstrakt oryginalny)
