Abstrakty

Stuletnia tradycja ekonomii ewolucyjnej J. Schumpetera przeżywa w ostatnich dekadach swój renesans. Jednym z wątków dyskusji jest analiza mechanizmu rozwoju gospodarczego, która w ujęciu neoschumpeterowskim odróżnia tradycyjny mechanizm cenowy od mechanizmu jakościowego opartego na procesach innowacyjnych, w którym przedsiębiorcy współzawodniczą we wprowadzaniu innowacji. Niniejsza praca wpisuje się w ten wątek badawczy, wykorzystując nowoczesną teorię projektowania mechanizmów gospodarczych L. Hurwicza do modelowania ewolucyjnej ekonomii Schumpetera w aparacie pojęciowym teorii równowagi ogólnej Arrowa-Debreu. W konsekwencji otrzymane wyniki pozwalają na wyróżnienie mechanizmów jakościowych w klasie mechanizmów cenowych w ten sposób, że realizują one cel w postaci poprawy w rozumieniu Pareta położenia analizowanych grup podmiotów, takich jak innowatorzy czy producenci. The centenary tradition of Schumpeterian evolutionary economics has enjoyed its revival in recent decades. The analysis of economic evolution mechanisms is one of the topics widely discussed there. In this neo-Schumpeterian approach two different mechanisms have been distinguished, the traditional price mechanism, and the qualitative mechanism based on innovations, where firms compete in introducing innovations. The paper is focused on this research problem by using the Hurwicz's designing economic mechanism theory to model Schumpeterian evolutionary economics in the Arrow-Debreu set-up. Consequently, the results allow us to distinguish qualitative mechanisms in the class of price mechanisms so that they improve the position of economic agents, such as innovators or producers in the Paretian meaning.
