The process of globalisation means that there are plenty of changes in the environment of today's enterprises, which must be taken into account in the process of formulating their own strategies of activity and into the process of creating the competitiveness' potential on the global market. In the article has been made an afford for an identification the basic's factors and effects of the globalisation's process especially those ones which are important and connected with the process of creating the competitiveness' potential today's enterprises. The considers and implications which has been taken under attention in this article should rather concentrate the process of thinking on the globalisation's effects for the competitiveness of Polish enterprises on the global market, then being a collection of ready answer's for plenty of questions which are connected with it.
