On 18-19 June 2015 in Gödöllo in Hungary 5th International Conference on Management titled Management, leadership and strategy for SMEs' competitiveness took place. The organizer of the conference was the Department of Business Economics and Management of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences of Szent Istvän University in Gödöllo in Hungary in cooperation with the Management Faculty of Częstochowa University of Technology in Poland, the Faulty of Economics and Management of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra and the Faculty of Business and Economics of the Mendel University in Brno in the Czech Republic. [...] This was the 5th event of international conference series which is a result of the fruitful cooperation of the partner universities representing the Visegrad Group. The leading theme of the conference was SME sector, however the whole event was more of interdisciplinary nature including such topics as business strategies and planning, human resources management, leadership and corporate governance, change management, knowledge management, management and competitiveness in agriculture and new marketing trends.
