Abstrakty
This article is an intercultural comparison of managers in Austria, the Czech Republic and Poland based on the Vroom/Yetton model. Results of this analysis show us that behaviours of managers in the Czech Republic and Poland are still autocratic in spite of social and political changes in this countries. (KZ)
Porównano zachowania przywódcze menedżerów w Austrii, Republice Czech i Polsce stosując model przywództwa sytuacyjnego Vroom/Yetton. Wyniki analizy pokazują, że zachowania przywódcze w Czechach i Polsce pozostały autokratyczne, mimo zmian społecznych i politycznych w tych krajach.
