In this paper using value based management was presented. Values and value based management can reduce the gap between expectations to the public organizations and the public institutions and the economic resources available for these. (KZ)

Przedstawiono rozważania dotyczące stosowania zarządzania opartego na wartości w celu uzyskania większej wartości przy wykorzystaniu pieniędzy podatników, a co za tym idzie, zniwelowania rozbieżności pomiędzy oczekiwaniami obywateli co do oferowanych produktów i usług a skłonnością do ponoszenia kosztów ich wytwarzania.
