W artykule omówiono najczęściej diagnozowany problem małżeński menedżerów jakim są zaburzenia seksualne. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono chorobie zwanej chorobą biznesu - jest to aleksytymia. Przedstawiono sposoby radzenia sobie z tym problemem.

Some of the most frequently diagnosed marital problems among managers are sexual dysfunctions. The matrix of sexual troubles includes the entire range of relations between women and men. On one hand, sexual difficulties have negative influences on other aspects of relations between partners and also impact other daily activities connected with sexual life. Challenges connected with running a business, overwork, difficulties with interpreting ever changing taxes, laws, and regulations cause stress and even exhaustion. All these factors result in the people who run businesses very often experience difficulties functioning well psychologically and sexually in their partnerships. Critically, clinical experience shows that psychological and sexual problems in the sexual partnership form a barrier to professional development. One of the most destructive dysfunctions is alexithymia, also called "business disease". One of the results of alexithymia is a decrease in the level of sexual desire, and a corresponding decrease in the frequency of sexual intercourse and, often, erectile dysfunction. These problems often manifest themselves in three different types of behavior: 1) pharmacological doping, 2) orgiastic tendencies, 3) regression to autoerotic behaviors. (original abstract)
