Abstrakty

Wirtualizacja gospodarki, rozwój i upowszechnienie się technologii mobilnych doprowadziło do powstania nowych, interaktywnych i elastycznych form organizacji pracy. Produkty i usługi powstają jako rezultat współdziałania w ramach powstałych doraźnie wirtualnych sieciach o zmiennej konfiguracji i składzie osobowym. Kierowanie ich rozwojem stanowi główne wyzwanie dla współczesnych organizacji. W artykule przedstawiono uwarunkowania zarządzania procesami powstawania i rozwoju tymczasowych sieci współpracy oraz zaprezentowano strategie i narzędzia kierowania tego typu sieciami na przykładzie studium przypadku jednoosobowych agencji projektowych. Due to virtualization of business processes, as well as advances and popularization of mobile technologies new, interactive and flexible forms of work organization have emerged. Their core idea is that products and services are created as a result of cooperation within the ad hoc virtual networks characterized by constantly changing configuration and personal composition. The major challenge for modern organizations is to manage such networks. The article presents how to manage ad hoc collaboration networks as well as strategies and tools for managing such networks based on a case study of one-man design agencies. (original abstract)
