Abstrakty
The constant concern of the Central Banks to achieve a safe, modem and competitive banking system able to assure a good intermediation and generate the public's trust can be seen, among other things, is the systematic monitoring of the internal market of banking package and services as well as of the trends in the European banking field. Section 2 tries to present some comparative aspects of the non-governmental credit market developments in the Central and Eastern European Countries. Section 3 presents some arguments pro and against considering the Romanian credit development as being financial development or dangerous expansion. Section 4 tries to explain some macroeconomic implications of the non-governmental credit development in the Romanian economy. (fragment tekstu)
