Abstrakty

W ostatnich latach obserwuje się rosnące zainteresowanie zielonymi zamówieniami publicznymi na szczeblu Unii Europejskiej, międzynarodowym oraz krajowym. Instrument ten jest wymieniany w najważniejszych strategiach odnoszących się do zmiany wzorców konsumpcji i produkcji. Komisja Europejska podjęła się licznych działań mających na celu wspieranie tego instrumentu. Jednym z państw wiodących w zakresie zielonych zamówień publicznych jest Wielka Brytania, która przyjęła ambitne cele i zadania w tym zakresie i konsekwentnie je realizuje. Rola zielonych zamówień publicznych rośnie również w Polsce. Już wkrótce przyjęty zostanie nowy dokument: Krajowy Plan Działań w zakresie zrównoważonych zamówień publicznych na lata 2010-2012, który stanowić będzie kolejny etap w rozwijaniu tego instrumentu w naszym kraju. The interest in green public procurement on European, international and national level is growing. This instrument is being mentioned in the most important strategies related to changing of consumption and production patterns. European Commission has initiated a lot of initiatives aimed at green public procurement supporting. United Kingdom is one of the leaders in sustainable public procurement development. Its government set some ambitious targets and tasks to be implemented. The role of green public procurement is raising in Poland too. In the nearest future the National Action Plan on Sustainable Public Procurement for the years 2010-2012 will be issued - it will be next step of green public procurement development in our country.
