Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest prezentacja badań poświęconych relacjom pomiędzy zarządzaniem wiedzą oraz właściwościami pracy a zachowaniami pracowników i innowacyjnością firm sektora KIBS (Knowledge-Intensive Business Services Sector). Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań, w których uczestniczyli menedżerowie firm usługowych, które opierają swą działalność na wiedzy o wysokim stopniu intensywności, stwierdzono, że innowacyjność organizacji tłumaczona jest zarówno bezpośrednio zarządzaniem wiedzą i właściwościami pracy, jak i pośrednio poprzez zachowania innowacyjne oraz proaktywne pracowników. Co ważne, zarządzanie wiedzą i właściwości pracy oddziałują na dwa wymienione rodzaje zachowań, prowadząc do wzmocnienia innowacyjności w firmach wiedzochłonnych. Jednocześnie proaktywność i innowacyjność pracowników tworzących usługi dla klientów bezpośrednio determinuje wydajność innowacyjną firm KIBS.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article is aimed to present the research devoted to the relations between knowledge management and work characteristics on the one hand and staff behaviours and innovativeness of companies within the Knowledge-Intensive Business Services Sector on the other. On the basis of research with participation of managers representing service providing companies whose operations are based of intensive knowledge, it should be stated that the organisational innovativeness is accounted for directly by knowledge management and work characteristics and indirectly by the staff innovative and proactive behaviours. Importantly, knowledge management and work characteristics affect both the aforementioned kinds of behavior, leading to better innovativeness in knowledge intensive companies. Simultaneously, the proactive behaviour and innovativeness of the staff providing services for customers directly determine the innovative efficiency of KIBS companies.(original abstract)
