Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono wyniki analizy probitowej psychologicznych uwarunkowań narodzin dzieci w rodzinach rolniczych. Analizę przeprowadzono na podstawie badań ankietowych zrealizowanych przy współpracy Instytutu Ekonomiki Rolnictwa i Gospodarki Żywnościowej w Warszawie.

The article presents results of the probit analysis into psychological conditions of child bearing in farmers' families. The analysis was based on a retrospective survey carried out in co-operation with the Institute for Agricultural Economics and Food Economy in Warsaw. The estimated equations of probit regression confirm that there is a differentiated dependency between the studied system of values in the farmers' families as regards the number of children and the area of a farm in the approach of married couples' cohorts. Moreover, probabilities were estimated for the chosen conditionings of the birth rates in the farmers' families according to the married couples cohorts and the size of a farm. (original abstract)
