Przedstawiono ewolucję podejścia do zarządzania systemami od tradycyjnego do podejścia ze względu na dynamikę systemów organizacyjnych. Poruszono problematykę dynamiki organizacyjnej, jej złożoność i kreatywność. Omówiono zagadnienia zarządzania wiedzą, sposoby jej uzyskiwania i rolę w tworzeniu przewagi konkurencyjnej. Przedstawiono także podejścia do zarządzania systemowego.
