Abstrakty

Europejskie społeczeństwo obywatelskie w wymiarze "elit europejskich" istniało prawdopodobnie jeszcze na długo przed rozpoczęciem procesów integracyjnych w Europie, choć nie było tym mianem określane. Autorka zwróciła uwagę na rolę społeczeństwa obywatelskiego w procesie integracji. Ma ono również największą możliwość nadania integracji nowej dynamiki, bez względu na ukierunkowanie jej rozwoju w stronę mniej lub bardziej federacyjną.
