Abstrakty
Omówiono najważniejsze cechy modelu flexicurity i możliwości ich implementacji do krajów członkowskich Unii Europejskiej. Termin ten obejmuje połączenie elastyczności rynku pracy z bezpieczeństwem socjalnym. Wskazano na możliwości adaptacji modelu flexicurity w krajach Unii Europejskiej biorąc pod uwagę specyficzne warunki kształtowania się sytuacji na rynku pracy każdego kraju oraz przedstawiono duński model flexicurity.
