Podjęto próbę identyfikacji czynników wykorzystywanych przez gminne jednostki samorządowe w ramach zarządzania strategicznego rozwojem obszarów wiejskich.

The plan or the application, called the strategy of development generally are playing the part essential in functioning and development of the communes. Such a document is posing the momentous tool of administration with local economy in the longer interval of the time. This document, is conditioning the real chance of rational development decisions and structural transformations of the commune is existing thanks to the strategy of development of applying for financial resources from various sources (the banking system, European Union funds). She should the desire of the improvement in the method of managing resources of the commune at residents ' active participation and local entrepreneurs be the motive of elaboration of the strategy. The comprehensive strategy of development is the basic instrument of lead of the local policy of development in the default and far-reaching scale. It is a pity that council power of country communes of the Siedlce administrative district isn't noticing unquestionable benefits by virtue of the study and the realization of strategies of development of communes which, they are hosts in.
