Abstrakty

Celem opracowania jest zaprezentowanie podstawowych problemów wynikających z procesów dostosowawczych mleczarstwa do wymagań gospodarki rynkowej. Autor poddał analizie aktualną bazę surowcową oraz spółdzielczość mleczarską województwa poznańskiego i określił minimalny poziom produktywności gospodarstw rolnych specjalizujących się w hodowli krów mlecznych.

The system of liberal market economy causes problems with which milk producers and dairy co-operatives were not confronted under the previous command economy. Currently in the province of Poznań milk production covers 64 procent of the demand and the existing dairy co-operatives use only about 50 procent of their productive potential. Therefore, in the whole province it is necessary to take up activities which would lead to: - increase in the number of cows and creation of a network of producers supplying the dairy co-operatives with the required quantity of good quality milk, - better exploitation of the productive potential of dairies which (due to reduced fixed costs per unit) will enable them to pay producers a higher price for milk without the necessity to increase prices for their own products, - creation of a model integration system in dairying which would improve economic situation of both milk producers and dairy co-operatives.(original abstract)
