Abstrakty

Ciągłe zmiany zachodzące w otoczeniu i w samym przedsiębiorstwie wymuszają konieczność planowania i wdrażania strategii rozwoju, a tym samym podejmowania decyzji strategicznych. W artykule przedstawiono znaczenie planowania strategicznego w przedsiębiorstwie usługowym oraz planowanie usług.

Permanent changes occurring in the environment and at the enterprise compel the necessity to plan and implement a development strategy and thus to make strategic decisions. The most important strategic dilemmas include: the problem of strategy changes or its modification, direction of strategic changes and description of the market (s), in which the company has to operate. Service firms - to be able to compete - cannot constrain themselves to the once formed product but they have to look permanently for new opportunities to expand the product in order to attract customers. Keeping in mind the need to satisfy customers, they have continually to form the features of their services, hence, they have to pay a great attention to planning of their products.
