(fragment tekstu)

This paper looks at the various concepts of school (education) vouchers: its advantages, opportunities and limitations. In the beginning the author provides case studies of how it has been implemented in selected countries (United States, Columbia, Chile). In the next section he discusses school voucher in the light of the current legal framework, highlighting the potential obstacles to its implementation in Poland. (original abstract)
